The domain leaves no N-terminal room for a signal peptide, so the predicted cytoplasmic localisation is constrained by the architecture and not only by DeepTMHMM - which makes the nearest structural analogues found by Foldseek (RbmA, the Vibrio cholerae biofilm scaffolding protein; complement C3) informative as folds but misleading as compartments, both being extracellular adhesion/matrix Ig-folds.
